RETURN/REFUND
We have a 14-day return policy.
Only ready-to-wear pieces are acceptable for return.
Custom orders and sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not offer refunds, only store credit towards a new purchase. Orders can be exchanged for a store credit that can be used within 30 days.
Return shipping fee will be shouldered by the customer. (Please note we are not liable for lost packages)
To start a return, you can contact us at return@zendellelacao.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: BLK 12 LOT 3 GILMORE ST. HOBART VILLAGE, NOVALICHES, QUEZON CITY, MANILA PHILIPPINES
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

EXCHANGE
Only ready-to-wear items are available for exchange.
Exchanges are only allowed to be made once per item.
Shipping fee for exchange items will be shouldered by the customer.
(Please note that exchange of an item is subject to availability as per size and/or design)
If no exchange is available, amount will be converted to store credit that can be used within 30 days.
